淞江集團(tuán)2017年在南通市雙甸工業(yè)區(qū)投資1.2億建設(shè)“年產(chǎn)120萬(wàn)件減震器項(xiàng)目”，2018年12月建設(shè)完畢并搬遷至南通工廠；新工廠引進(jìn)大量自動(dòng)化智能設(shè)備，主要包括自動(dòng)配料機(jī)、自動(dòng)投料機(jī)、自動(dòng)煉膠機(jī)、數(shù)控下料機(jī)、數(shù)控切料機(jī)、自動(dòng)成型機(jī)、自動(dòng)硫化機(jī)、加工中心、數(shù)控車床、自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)、自動(dòng)纏繞機(jī)、自動(dòng)纏膜機(jī)等；南通工廠擁有自己的檢測(cè)中心，主要檢測(cè)設(shè)備有3升密煉機(jī)、6寸開(kāi)煉機(jī)、橡膠硫化儀、萬(wàn)能拉力機(jī)、低溫測(cè)試儀、高溫測(cè)試儀、耐磨檢測(cè)儀、硬度檢測(cè)儀、水壓測(cè)試機(jī)、爆破試驗(yàn)機(jī)、疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)、光譜儀、氯離子檢測(cè)儀、模擬震動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)等檢測(cè)、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備。
